☛ PROCESS: CERAMIC MOLDING SYSTEM
This statue of Phurba has been made by the Ceramic mold casting Process, also known ambiguously as ceramic molding, This is a modern approach to our traditional way of casting statues by the process of the Loss wax system or the Rubber molding system. Besides making the mold, This statue is 100% hand-finished in Nepal, unlike the common assumption. Also, it is 100% made in the famous city of Patan.
☛ FINISHING: SILVER AND CHOCOLATE OXIDIZATION
This statue of Phurba has been Party Silver Plated and partly chocolate color oxidized. This oxidation is imitation a copper statue aged more than 100 years. This color has not been painted on the statue so the patina will not wear off easily, This patina come to the statue by artificial oxidation process which will also protect the statue from natural oxidation.
